The main reason why it is so important to have sex education classes at schools is that a lot of people are still not familiar with the ways in which they can have protected sex and not get pregnant.
This information should be available to everyone as no one wants to deal with the consequences of unprotected sex, especially at such a young age. Thus, it is necessary to tell young boys and girls about the ways in which they can avoid all those consequences.
What should also be highlighted in this respect is that unexpected pregnancy is one of the reasons why students drop out of school. What is even worse, they see no point in going back to school after having a baby. The problem is that all these young students could have accomplished lots of things but they are convinced that they are no longer able to get a degree in the field they are interested in. What is more, taking care of a child takes a lot of time and effort.
