Having children is an important decision. Obviously, there are lost of cases when people do not plan to become parents but it does not mean that they are not supposed to raise their kids in a proper way. What it all boils down to is that becoming a parent is a responsible task. The problem is that not everyone is as good as it as they are supposed to be. Therefore, the idea of prohibiting some people from having children exists.
To specify, a lot of people decide to leave their children on the streets not caring about the survival of the latter. Apart from that, there are lots of parents who do not allocate a lot of time to spend with their children, to say nothing of the fact that some parents simply do not care much about their kids. They do not know what is going on in the lives of their children. What is even worse, they cannot even find the time to chat with their kids which has a tremendous impact on the child. Every kid requires love and proper attention, especially when they are growing up.
